Week 3, Each Person's Take on the Issues + Roles in the Relationship

No more talking past each other. We get it all on the table, what each of you is carrying and what role each of you is playing.

Week 4, Masculine & Feminine Basics

This changes the game. Understanding these dynamics is what makes everything else make sense.

Week 5 , Inner Child Work for Each

You can't love each other well if wounded parts of you are running the relationship. We go there.

Week 6, Safety & Nervous System

Connection can't live in a dysregulated body. We build the foundation that makes intimacy actually possible.

Week 7, Intimacy

Real intimacy. Not just physical. The kind that comes when two people finally feel safe enough to be fully known.

Week 8, Individual Session (Partner 1)
