There is a before and after. You will not leave the same person who arrived. That's not a promise I make lightly, it's what I've witnessed over and over again in the people I've had the honor of holding space for, and it's what happened to me.

Over five days on 118 private acres in Monticello, Florida, we slow down, turn inward, and do the kind of healing work that changes things. The kind that reaches the body, the heart, and the soul together, because you can't truly heal one without the others.

I don't just hold space for five days and send you home. The container around the retreat matters as much as the retreat itself. We begin before you arrive and we continue long after you leave, because real healing isn't a one-time event. It's a process, and you deserve support through all of it.

Who I am and why I hold this space:

I'm Shelly, an Integrative Health Practitioner and Spinal Flow Practitioner, and I came to this work the long way around.

I've navigated four autoimmune diagnoses, multiple surgeries, and a season of my life that asked me to completely fall apart before I could rebuild. I went from 42 pills and supplements a day down to two. I've walked through grief that lives in the body, losing my son, my bonus daughter, and my father. I've had a near-death experience that changed the way I understand everything. I've sat in sacred ceremony, participated in Joe Dispenza's research, done the inner child work, the trauma work, the grief work, all of it, not as a student but as someone who needed it to survive.

I didn't come to this work because I studied it. I came to it because it saved me.

Today I blend science and Spirit, using lab work and clinical knowledge alongside Spinal Flow, energy healing, trauma-informed psychology, and emotional release to reach the places that talk therapy and supplements alone never could. I also rely heavily on God and Spirit to guide every space I hold.

Because here's what I know more than anything: you cannot heal the body without healing the heart, and you cannot heal the heart without listening to the soul.

I hold this space because I've been held in it. And I know what's possible on the other side.
